Our registration process is very thorough and requires all steps to be completed prior to any athlete being able to participate. These rules and regulations are defined by our Conference and are intended to insure fair play among all organizations. 

Step 1: Sign up
  • Complete the Online Registration Form
  • You will have options to pay all or a portion of the registration fees at this time. If you do not pay the full fee your required to complete all fees prior to starting practice
  • Complete this form prior to attending one of our Marauder Day onsite registration sessions to speed up your registration

Step 2: Gather Required Paperwork
  • All items below are mandatory and any missing or incorrect paperwork will delay your registration
  • Original Birth Certificate – Our League does not accept copies unless they are original certified copies
  • DVYFC Physical Exam Card - Pickup during Marauder Day or request one in advance (cannot be a copy and physical must be performed within the calendar year)
  • Equipment Deposit – 1 individual check ($400) We will hold until all equipment is returned. Any missing or damaged equipment will cause you to lose this deposit
  • Parent Volunteer Deposit – 1 individual check ($400) We will hold until the end of the season. Any missed assignments or failure to meet the minimum amount of jobs will cause you to lose this deposit
  • Fundraising Deposit – 1 individual check ($100/per child registered)  We will hold until the final deadline of the fundraising event. Failure to complete the minimum requirement (including partial completion) will cause you to lose your deposit
  • Remaining Registration Fees – Any remaining registration fees can be paid with a separate check or credit card

  • DVYFC Transfer Form – You can download a copy from the DVYFC website, forms section. This must be signed by the previous organization’s President.

Step 3: Attend a Marauder Day onsite registration session
  • We will have these sessions listed on our website’s calendar
  • Every participant whether new or returning must attend one of these sessions
  • The participant and at least one parent or legal guardian need to be present at this session
  • You can help expedite your time here by having all required paperwork and completing the online registration form in advance

Step 4: Attend Mandatory Parent Meeting
  • The date/time/location will be posted on our websites calendar, typically one week prior to practice starting
  • Finalize any outstanding registration items
  • Overview of parent volunteer and fundraising programs
  • Overview of what to expect during practices, games and competitions
  • Meet and greet coaches and staff members
  • Player’s division assignment will be communicated
  • We ask that kids not attend so you are focused on the material being presented

Step 5: Pickup Equipment
  • The date/time/location will be posted on our websites calendar, typically one week prior to practice starting
  • Player needs to attend to insure proper fitting
